Create job

A job represents what you will actually be doing in a project. The same project might have a need for a junior software developer, a support engineer and a senior software developer. The job defines your role in a project.

It is of extreme importance to detail the job description and activities. Candidates will need information about the various tasks they will be undertaking during the course of a project.

Jobs can also be connected to a specific project milestone or phase: for example a support role will most likely be available at a later stage.

An internal candidate is an employee that already works in our organization. Simply put, it's someone who is an owner, manager or member at your organization. An external Candidate is someone who does not work in your organization – like a guest. That means you will have to interview and hire that person, before allocating them to a job.
